I live far away from Culpeper so couldn't just go return them. They said to just ship them back and they exchanged them quite promptly, even paid for postage on the way back to me. Update: I was back in Culpeper this weekend and got to stop in. Everyone was really nice in the store. My wife and I each bought one of their wonderful line of flannel shirts, which might be my new favorite shirt They also carry Filson, products which is great!
