  Although we usually highly recommend Rite aid stores in general, the Pharmacy dept, In this location leaves much to be desired. The Pharmacist is kind and helpful, however the counter staff and assistants are usually clueless and seem very disorganized. Things get misplaced/ lost. Things we are told are ready, in fact are not when we arrive. Prescriptions called in and verified from Dr's office " are lost in the system " Just so many problems we have never experienced with other Rite aids. Also when you point out a problem on their end, they seem to get upset with the customer instead of apologising to the customer for the error and increased wait time.
