Faxing of refills are not done correctly or to the incorrect doctor. I am constantly having to correct them or call my doctor's office to be sure they received a refill request which kind of defeats the purpose of Walgreens sending in the request to begin with. I go here for the convenience only. It is a very frustrating pharmacy.
